When it comes to your dog looking its absolute best in their Mini Mabel dog collar, lead and harness, we are here to help! 

How do I know what size collar or harness to buy?

Finding the best size for your dog is easy peazy - simply check out our size guide. Ensure you measure your dog correctly before buying and save yourself the hassle of returning a product. Measure twice, buy once! If you’re not quite sure, please send a message and we’ll get back to you promptly.

How much is postage?

Orders within Australia:
If you spend more than AU$100, shipping is FREE! If you spend less than AU$100:
Standard post with tracking anywhere in Australia is AU$10
Express post with tracking anywhere in Australia is AU$15

International orders:
International shipping is AU$25. Please note there may be occasion that your parcel is held up in international customs. We will not be held responsible for any fees associated with this.

When will my order arrive?

Our orders are generally processed the next business day. Tracked delivery in Australia with 'Authority to Leave' takes 2-7 business days, and Express Post 1-3 business days. International shipping generally takes between 7 and 15 business days.

Once orders are dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders can be tracked via the tracking link. If you have any concerns in regards to the whereabouts of your order, please reach out via email hellominimabel@gmail.com.

What happens if my order gets lost?

Once your order has been posted, Mini Mabel cannot be held responsible if it gets lost. Your parcel is now in the postal system, sent with a tracking number, and after that it is completely out of our control. We will however do all we can to assist you in finding your parcel.

My collar or harness does not fit. What can I do?

If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong size do not panic! We can issue store credit so that you can reorder the correct size, on the condition that when you return your order, the item is unworn, clean and in its original condition. Please note that you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your items. We recommend you use tracked post to guarantee we receive it. We do not offer refunds for wrong sizes or if you have changed your mind. See more information on our returns policy.

How do I wash my harness?

You can machine wash your lead, collar and harness on a cold setting if they are placed in a delicates bag beforehand, otherwise hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Hang them out to dry avoiding direct sunlight for long periods of time to avoid fading. You can also spot wash any dirty areas to keep your Mini Mabel gear looking bright and beautiful!
