How much is postage?
Orders within Australia:
If you spend more than AU$100, shipping is FREE! If you spend less than AU$100:
Standard post with tracking anywhere in Australia is AU$10.90 except for Medium and Large Doggy Gift Bags which are $15
Express post with tracking anywhere in Australia is AU$15
If you are local to Bundaberg, Queensland you can collect your order from our stand at Shalom Market on Sundays. There is an option for this at Checkout. Please message for more information.
International orders:
International shipping is AU$25. Please note there may be occasion that your parcel is held up in international customs. We will not be held responsible for any fees associated with this.
When will my order arrive?
Our orders are generally processed the next business day. Tracked delivery in Australia with 'Authority to Leave' takes 2-7 business days, and Express Post 1-3 business days. International shipping generally takes between 7 and 15 business days.
Once orders are dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders can be tracked via the tracking link. If you have any concerns in regards to the whereabouts of your order, please reach out via email hellominimabel@gmail.com.
What happens if my order gets lost?
Once your order has been posted, Mini Mabel cannot be held responsible if it gets lost. Your parcel is now in the postal system, sent with a tracking number, and after that it is completely out of our control. We will however do all we can to assist you in finding your parcel.
How do I know what size collar or harness to buy?
Finding the best size for your dog is easy peazy - simply check out our size guide. Ensure you measure your dog correctly before buying and save yourself the hassle of returning a product. Measure twice, buy once! If you’re not quite sure, please send a message and we’ll get back to you promptly.
How do I wash my Mini Mabel gear?
You can machine wash your lead, collar and harness on a cold setting if they are placed in a delicates bag beforehand, otherwise hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Hang them out to dry avoiding direct sunlight for long periods of time to avoid fading. You can also spot wash any dirty areas to keep your Mini Mabel gear looking bright and beautiful!
What is the longest lasting natural dog treat you supply?
The strongest natural dog treat that will definitely last the longest is the Bully Stick. This hard chewy dog treat is ideal for larger dogs with a strong jaw, it's perfect for dental health, and will keep your dog entertained and satisfied throughout the day!
What is the best dog treat for small dogs?
Nothing goes down better than Beef Puff or Lamb Puff for the small pups. It breaks into very tiny pieces and is much softer and lighter than all other treats. Believe us when we say they go bananas for it!!
My dog is allergic to chicken. What is the best alternate natural dog treat?
If chicken doesn't agree with your furiend, don't panic! We have heaps of delicious alternates that are super tasty and healthy. Our meat sticks come in a wide variety of flavours including Venison, Kangaroo and Crocodile, and our Kangaroo Jerky is another favourite that can be broken into bite size pieces. There are heaps of alternate choices!
